
Kindergarten practiced the letter "Mm" this week. Today they got to paint with marshmallows using the color Magenta!







Kindergartners used a marshmallow and magenta paint to paint the letters M and m for the letter of the week activity.








Mrs. Anderson and her classroom aide Mrs. Cherry painted children's hands so they could make palm prints marking September of their kindergarten year.

Working in small groups, students in Mrs. Kennett's kindergarten class practiced counting, number recognition and writing numbers Friday.

Mrs. Kitterman's first grade students heard a story about living in the city and then practiced combined letter sounds.

There will be no school on Monday, September 23 for staff professional development.

The kindergarteners in Mrs. Winder's class enjoyed a popsicle party today. They worked together by having good behavior and being kind to others and filled up the class marble jar. Giant popsicles were a great treat on this hot day!







Preschoolers in Mrs. Peak's AM class enjoyed riding the trikes and learning how to follow the trike path.

Our science lesson today was titled, "How can you help a lost baby animal find its parents?" The first graders did an excellent job looking at the traits of all the birds.









Mrs. Anderson's Kindergarteners have been working so hard to learn their first sight words, "I", "am" and "can".

Students at Lincoln School had a day filled with fun and creative learning opportunities.

Lincoln students loved meeting Officer Sanchez and proudly wore their junior officer badge stickers. Thank you Officer Sanchez!
