Rainy Day means inside recess time. Mrs. Peak's afternoon preschoolers enjoyed playing with some of our rainy day toys today.

Mrs. Anderson's class spent the rainy afternoon painting butterflies. 🦋

First graders had a blast testing which items sink or float! They made predictions, voted, and experimented like real scientists.

Mrs. Peak's preschoolers earn a visit to the Book Machine, they have been earning lots of points making good choices.

A rainy day outside can't keep these kindergarteners from having a great day inside!

Creative Arts Night

We had a great time at our Creative Arts Night!

There is always time to take a few minutes to listen to some kindergarten authors!

Please join us for Creative Art Night Wednesday, April 2nd at Lincoln Elementary!

First graders listened to the story, If I Built a School. Then, they had to work as a team to decide how to build their own school. Working together can be tough!

K-State Wildcat Ext. Agent Adaven Rohling visited with Lincoln kindergarten students about chicken eggs and how those eggs hatch. Students learned they cannot hatch eggs from the grocery store and why. They have an incubator and farm eggs, and are counting down the days.
