Waun's Class Lemonade War!The class broke up into 4 groups. Each group had a leader, mathematician, designer, and secretary. As a group they had to include the location, budget, price per cup, where the profit would go, create jobs for each student, and design posters.

We really enjoyed the eclipse today. We were able to decorate or glasses shields. This kept us safe from the sun as we watched this phenomenon!!!

Solar Eclipse

Sunkist and Moon Pies to celebrate this special solar eclipse day. Many of our lessons today were eclipse themed so this was a perfect treat.

The students had a great time viewing the solar eclipse today. We learned all about eclipses and even had a snack that showed us the progression of the moon as it traveled in front of the sun. Students went back to class and began to write about their experience today.

Enjoying the Solar Eclipse today!

What a fun day of learning about the solar eclipse and having Moon pies as our special snack in Ms. Moon's class.
