It is December first. The kindergarteners made Countdown to Christmas chains.
They may be little but they are big Chiefs fans! These two love reading about the history of the NFL and drawing team logos.
Students in Mrs. Peak's afternoon class enjoyed their visit to seeing the Stella Wells Christmas trees on Thursday.
Mrs. Peak's AM class enjoyed looking at the Stella Wells trees on Friday. They voted for their favorite tree by standing in front of the tree they liked the most.
Lincoln students were wowed by all the donated items and all of the trees decorated for the Stella Wells Christmas Tree Auction. L:incoln students favorite tree was "the football tree" made by Parsons Middle School.
Lincoln students checked out all of the trees decorated for the Stella Wells Christmas Tree Auction and all the donated items. Students were shocked to learn how much people pay for the trees, the money for which provides food baskets for families in need this holiday season.
December 1st means making our Christmas Countdown chains in Mrs. Anderson's class!!
First grade students in Mrs. Hicks's class have been busy with many fall lessons! Students built block houses to withstand wind, learned about different kinds of housing, and even created balloons for their own Lincoln parade!
Mrs.Peak's AM class of preschoolers have enjoyed many Thanksgiving activities this November. They made thankful pumpkins, turkeys in disguise, made turkeys, had a Squanto snack, and enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃
